Joining the TapRm team in the early stages of the company, I was tasked with conceptualizing a rebrand of the company's assets and creating core brand guidelines. These guidelines would serve as a roadmap when executing new branding activations that would still resonate with TapRm consumers. TapRm had so many inconsistencies with their branding when I first became the Creative Lead, and my goal was to condense all of the brand aspects from voice to fonts to colors and photography so we could have cohesive branding across the company. Once the brand guidelines were rolled out, I was able to build upon the core branding to create new activations that would engage customers and connect them further to TapRm. I used multiple media sources such as a blog, podcast, and playlist series to showcase our voice, values, and personality as a brand. I developed and implemented a communication strategy through our daily newsletter, social media, and SMS. These activations not only familiarized our consumers with us as a brand but it helped create a bond which led to a loyal customer following. The average returning customer rate while I was at TapRm grew to 45.5%.
